The conference and the conference dinner will be held at the Antenna Building, 9A Beck St, Nottingham NG1 1EQ. This is part of the Confetti Media Centre, owned by Nottingham Trent University. It is a 5 minute taxi ride from Nottingham Train Station, or a 17 minute walk. [/ezcol_2third_end] As the venue is in the centre of Nottingham, there is a small amount of on-street parking, but a number of car parks are available in the city if you wish to drive.
Travel
The conference is being held in Nottingham. The closest station is Nottingham Station. If you are coming from London, there are direct trains from Kings Cross St Pancras International. These take about an hour and forty minutes, and then you can take a 5 minute taxi to the venue, a 17 minute walk, or a short 3 minute ride on one of the city’s buses.
As the venue is in the centre of Nottingham, there is a small amount of on-street parking, but a number of car parks are available in the city if you wish to drive.
Accommodation
There is no official conference hotel for this event, however we have created a short list of hotels of in varying price ranges, all within easy walking distance of the conference venue.
The Mercure Hotel, George Street, 4* and a 4 minute walk.
The Hilton, Milton Street, 3* and a 6 minute walk.
The Bentick Hotel, next to the station, 2* and a 17 minute walk.
The Igoo Hybrid, 4-6 Wheeler Street, a hostel and a 10 minute walk.
